Our AI receptionist records and transcribes calls handled on behalf of your business. These recordings and transcripts are stored securely and are accessible to you through your OnCall dashboard. You are responsible for compliance with any applicable call recording consent laws in your jurisdiction.
We retain call recordings, transcripts, and analytics data for the duration of your active subscription plus 90 days after cancellation. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@joinoncall.com.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
As part of our service, we send SMS notifications to the phone number you designate during account setup. These messages contain caller information and service request details. Message frequency depends on call volume. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or disabling SMS in your dashboard. Standard message and data rates may apply.
